Step 1: Inspect stone in casing DO NOT open or break seal.
Step 2: If you are dissatisfied with the stone and need further inspection please reach out via email or the website before breaking the seal.
Returns will be accepted within 3 days of receiving the stone if the care instructions are followed for a full refund buyers expense to return.

We require you to add shipping insurance onto the postage at your own expense for the price of the stone you received.
